As a yoga teacher, I should be doing 12 sun salutations a day everyday. (That’s what I learned from Sivananda anyway).
These past few months has been a roller coaster in terms of what I actually want in my life. If I know what I don’t want, then I can get closer to what I DO want, so much gratitude for the time spent! If I can practice yoga as diligently as I studied for grad school – I should be doing alright.
Anyway, yoga is one of those things I have found I need to DO so that I can just BE.
