Born on a Thursday #52 – A long way

Whoa. It’s been a year since I started Born on a Thursday. So much has happened since I began this.

Happy Spring!

Sun! (c) 2014 Holly TroyI am beginning to feel more like myself again—the journey of this last month of winter has been very dark and at the same time enlightening. I am entering spring with a deeper sense of self-awareness. Not that I didn’t fight it, but, finally surrendering to walking through the darkness (do I have a choice) almost alone (I had my trusty canine buddy Stoney – I’d post a pic of him, but cameras really make him nervous).

Honestly, I walked a lot of sunsets, which is something I really love to do!

Been thinking about my reality and life experiences, love, and being valued, and this planet, and where I live, and what’s next.

Listening to the Beatles the last couple of days. Thinking about George and John a lot. So much gratitude!

Glad the sun is coming back. Just in time . . .

Man, always err on the side of compassion and kindness. It really is common sense.

I am grateful for all the people who have influenced my life in a good way – whether I have met them or not (especially friends, musicians, artists, writers, – oh, and lovers).

Thanks to all who have reached out to me in the past few weeks. Much gratitude and love, truly.

Om Shanti ~
