At first, I gave myself half an hour to draw something quickly on a piece of cardboard with black, white, and clear oil stocks. Good, bad – it didn’t matter. Just make an image, and go quickly.
But then, I uncovered a box of colored oil sticks. I assumed they would be dried out to the core – I’ve had the sticks since art school. Art school happened in the 90s. To my pleasant surprise – the sticks had not dried out (completely). The up-to-half-an-hour-drawing has changed to up-to-half-an-hour-black-and-white-drawing, and then, add color if I wish.
I’m trying to keep the speed in order to stay loose. The first half hour or less rule remains – but after that – well – the color changed everything.
Black, white, bronze, ochre.

it sure has! Lots of things changing. I did a new moon ritual outside sitting on a boulder, sun shining and keeping me warm, fresh air, at an iced over reservoir. So much shifting – i am loving the ride (mostly)

🙂 That sounds excellent! You painted a wonderful, serene scene there, the warmth in the cold like the Hermits light in the dark… though outside the cave so to speak.
Me, too, mostly. And, for the “other than mostly” parts, I just make sure I’m buckled up and the seatbelt is snug so less bounding around through the bumps and twists and turns.

I am having the same problem on commenting, even on my own site. I can comment from the WP Reader or the Dashboard, though even when I sign in to comment on my own website, NOPE. Denied. It’s very strange.
