Music Monday – Lady we love best

I had a guitar lesson with Trevor Turville today, aka Ace Slim, and, it got me thinking of Samantha Fish! She is so good.

    1. Hi Sarah – I learned of her only in the last year. I think she is phenomenal – especially live. There are a few songs out there that seem a little over produced, but I think she backed off that type of production. Sou and Bones are way more interesting than surface flash.

Hop eyou are doing great! Happy March!

      1. I had a red SG in the late 70s. It had a really nice neck. I also had a really nice amplifier and speaker setup that I lent to another guitarist for a gig his band was playing. The van that had all the equipment was broken into and all the equipment stolen. Poor musicians didn’t have insurance in those days, so I simply lost the amp. I didn’t have the money to replace the amp, so I eventually sold the SG guitar and bass. I probably used the money for school in those days. Art and photography classes were expensive in the late 70s and early 80s.
