Teaching was fun today. I had a lesson planned which I pretty much threw out the window. It felt good to be able to do that and pull it off. Ah! Lessons in flexibility.

My favorite par tof the class was at teh end when we chanted OM. There were a few men in class, so the sound was rich and deep and full of texture. My whole body was vibrating!
