Visualizing myself having energy, and allowing myself to rest today. My neck and shoulders get tired way before the rest of my body does, and I need to honor that.

I have much to do, but I also must let myself heal.

1) Fill out paperwork for State Farm
2) Look up the law, they are saying I owe the first three grand in medical, but I was not a Utah resident – so I am pretty certain they can’t thrust that on me.
3) Get on Cobra – dental and catastrophic health
4) 7th chakra meditation
5) Flagstaff yoga festival booth down payment
6) Prepare my class for tonight

So, I will most likely get rest and prepare my class. If anything else happens, I’ll be amazed.
