Saturday Night Fever

Music is High Magic

I’m looking forward to being able to play for audiences again.

My friend Peter (Mo’Royce Peterson), from the band Tragedy: All Metal Tribute to the Bee Gees & Beyond, shared this video from their last tour – and I was reminded just how wonderful it is to uplift and bring people together through music.

He writes:

This is probably my favorite moment ever on stage – a marriage proposal in the middle of How Deep Is Your Love. We heard from the groom-to-be that he wanted to propose at the show, so we planned a spot during the set for him to do it. No rehearsal, just go for it, and the spontaneity made it all the more special. I’m so thrilled we caught this moment on video! You never know what could happen at a Tragedy gig!

Such joy!
