Sunday Sea Change

Happy Sunny Sunday

I am feeling good! The last few days I have been feeling good! Mars is moving forward again in Aries, Jupiter and Pluto finally had their last conjunction in Capricorn for a very freakin’ long while, and dense energy feels like it is breaking up – and – my personal life feels like it’s mirroring the cosmos.

There’s snow on the peaks – and – sunshine tempering the chill.

I had a great day yesterday teaching yoga outside at the Tree Park here in Flagstaff. And then, a groovy little Lofi Sofias rehearsal in the back yard with all my lovely bandmates – Chelsey, Jessica, Diana and Sarah. Paul brought a little microphone outside and recorded rehearsal. Another week working around the Covid!

Most of our songs are original – but here is one of our covers from yesterday’s rehearsal. This is very lofi, and we had so much fun. A little White Rabbit by the Jefferson Airplane. I’m looking forward to see what harmonies Sarah work’s out – she is onto something . . .

I love teaching – especially if there is movement involved. And I love making music!

I hope you are having an amazing day! Now for me to get to work practicing my guitar. Maybe more rehearsal snippets to come over the next few days.

Oh! Scorpio New Moon is happening. Make your New Moon Intentions!

  1. That’s a fantastic version of White Rabbit. Is that your left handed Tele? I posted parodies last night and tonight. They include female vocalists. You might enjoy them.
