Every once and a while, just drop your energy into your feet, or even connect a deep chord in the earth. Say things like, “I belong here on the earth” And “it’s time for me to give my gifts” and “I am surrounded by good people who I love and respect, who also love and respect me.”

We are too good to be wasted away or hover around like ghosts!
