I love the sun like flowers – Music Monday

This song grew on me. Jeff Buckley and Elizabeth Frazier are beautiful together.

Who/what turns toward you? Have you overlooked one? Where can you shine your light with loving intent?

      1. no party, just a few people, probably just a few visitors in and out at different times, I think there was a girl I didn’t know who had stayed with you and Joe the night before but maybe that was another time. I was, in my usual manner of the time, quite healthily dosed. What I remember mostly is…light/s. There was some kind of light outside the apartment, like a street lamp, although it was daytime (overcast), and I remember its light being softened and textured by your curtains (which appeared to be moving and rippling although they were just hanging straight) as it came in through the window. Joe remarked that I had been looking at it for a very long time. You asked me, “are you getting ideas, Changey?” and I was like, no ideas, just…light, and lights 🙂 You and Joe were kind and I felt grateful and safe and didn’t have anything to say!

        1. I wonder if the girl was my friend Rachael. what a beautiful memory! thank you for sharing it with me. those times had a numinous quality – dreamy and full of potential.

people often did come and go throughout the day – I remember we often had some kind of creative projects going on that folks would join in on or not – or food happening.

    1. I didn’t know they collaborated until recently! He played all the time in the east village at the same time I was playing. I wish I had paid more attention to him while he was there. A talent that departed from this planet far too soo
