Chances written by Paul Perreault
Hey Everybody!
How are you doing?
The isolation songs continue. This one is an original written by Paul and is on the next Lucky Lenny album. It’s a sweet little waltz we’ve been meaning to perform together. I am so honored to sing this with Paul.
Thanks for tuning in – we hope this makes you smile.
Playing music is helping us keep positive. It also ensures I get out of my pajamas!
You may hear Duke, our 13 year-old 110 pound black lab pacing around. He was ready for his evening walk. Mr. Pete, our 21 year-old cat might be in there, too – he likes to talk – especially when he’s not getting attention.
Again, thanks so much. We are glad you are enjoying the music.
Peace and love!
Take good care!

Paul and I have no idea when our next gig is – all gigs have been canceled. We make our living through gigs. We will continue to play no matter what. If you enjoy our playing, consider buying us a coffee (see links below) or sending a tip through venmo or paypal.
And/or, sharing this post or the video, liking, commenting – it all helps. ❤

Thanks so much!
Now I am inspired.
I am going to practice my guitar now. (I’m very new at it, but will likely be playing it in some videos soon). 🙂

Pooh of the Winnie Clan would be proud. Maybe that’s presumptuous to speak on Winnie’s behalf? Ok, that’s fair. I’m proud, though. I’m proud of the lyrics and voice you two grace to this song! Great lyrics, enjoyed the performance! I’d pay for that in a venue. … and, still need to send you guys some coffee money once I square up my own. 🙂
P.s. I gutted out of Facebook 6+ years ago when I realized they actually might be able to capitalize on my content more than I did. I laughed, though as any number times 0 is still nada. 🙂 , So, kudos and preaching to the choir on that.

That’s a wonderful song. I just purchased “Quiche”. What a great album.

Hey! Thanks!
I think I have listened to Quiche about 30 times. I love it, too! Rock on!

I dropped my SiriusXM subscription. Quiche will be a nice addition to my driving collection on the phone.

Nice. I recognize your voice now that you mentioned it. Does your group have any recordings for sale? I don’t have FaceBook so I can’t explore your FB page. I really like the song on the video from September 2019. I looked at your CV, but didn’t see the Lofi Sofias listed under discography.

The Lofi Sofias are pretty new. We began recording right before COVID-19 hit, so now we are waiting it out. We planned on putting on concerts while under isolation, but then changed our minds. We are riding this one out. I may get around to actually creating a website for us – and we are discussing stickers and t-shirts, too. A lot in the works. Glad you enjoy the music. I am having so much fun with the group. 🙂

Covid-19 the disrupter of artistic lives. It’s such a shame. Do you all have the means to record tracks, share them and put an album together in isolation. I use Presonus Studio One for recording and I share the files with a bass player and another guitarist, who also have Studio One, with great results. There is a free version of Studio One that has lot of capability. The most challenging instrument to record is the drums. I gave up recording my own drumming and build and assemble drum tracks.

The only social media I have, besides my blog, is LinkedIn and Alignable. Both are pretty useless as far as I’m concerned.

yeah, pretty much. I tried to get off fb years ago – long story. Most people I am connected to were not willing to engage with me via email – so here I am.

I was on it years ago, but when they changed their user agreement where I would have to turn over ownership of any content I posted to Facebook for whatever purpose they wanted to use it for, I said ¡Hasta la vista! Scrubbed my account and never looked back.
