* Beginning October 1st I will be teaching “Joyful Morning Yoga” at Mountain Waves every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 9:15 am to 10:30 am. The Mountain Waves studio is gorgeous, a beautiful place to take yoga and relax. Class prices are $10.00 for a single class, $45.00 for a 5 class pass, or $80.00 for a 10 class pass. (Class passes must be used within 90 days)

Also, I will be teaching at Harmony, a new studio in downtown Flagstaff. I will post the schedule with class descriptions soon.
