The 3rd Chakra really has to do with our personal identity and will. Who are we? What is our purpose? Huge development of the third chakra occurs from 18 to 42 months. We probably can remember going through a big surge in our teens, and then again, around age 35 we start to wonder what our purpose in life is. This can be a frightening time or it can be empowering. At 35 or so, we have wisdom behind us. If we can harness the FIRE of our youth and combine it with wisdom, we have a chance of being effective with our purpose.
