Interestingly, in Western culture, the owl in Athena’s companion and stands for wisdom. In Matagi’s culture, Yavapai-Apache, owl means death or that something bad is going to happen if an owl crosses your path. There are rituals to reverse the energy of the owl.
Well, in the Native American Tradition, the Owl represents Deception. Perhaps there is something to be revealed to you, Matagi and me this year or this month (what is left of it).
