This has been an intense summer – having made a conscious choice day after day to lean toward love and compassion. My heart feels so full it almost hurts. Sometimes it is hard to live this open, I’m in awe and often tender – not always comfortable but alive.
I rode my bike home in the dark. Once I got to the mesa, the sky opened up and I could see the stars twinkling and the stillness of the moon. I have seen the entire cosmos in others, and felt it below the surface of my skin. The sky gets my love.
