Music Monday – Playing with what you’ve got

White Stripes

I love Jack White’s music. The rhythm, the creativity, the style. So grateful for this music.

And the videos are gorgeous! Artful mini-worlds of play and imagination.

I used to think – you can’t call yourself a band if you are only two people. But the White Stripes did it, and they did well. They worked with what they had and made it great.

I hope this Monday finds you well. And I hope these videos and the music inspire you to create something colorful of your own.

Lots of love!

  1. Nice collection of videos. As a kid I have this idea that 3 person bands live wouldn’t be very good. One of the first rock concerts I experienced as a teenager was Grand funk Railroad. That show changed my mind. GFR was fabulous.
