What would your future self do?

Benjamin Hardy has a PhD in Motivational and Organizational Psychology – his message is right up my alley. I love Future Self tripping – and I am back at it.

This is the perfect video for me to be listening to while going through major transition – and basically preparing to pack my entire life into my little car! Maybe you will find it useful, too.

Yay, I’m gonna write a letter to myself from my future self. I’ve done it before. I remember my future self was a far more compassionate person than my past self was.

What does your future self know that you don’t?

I really love the idea of investing in my future self, too! Small daily investments, yes!

yum b © Holly Troy October 2021One thing my future self does is drink green drinks! So, I unpacked my Vitamix and made a drink – it contains kale, chard, spinach, banana, some oatmilk, water, a smidge of protein powder, ashwaganda, triphala, and shatavari.

It’s delicious!

My past self would probably keep working way past being hungry, would get stressed out, skip food or eat really late. Not tonight!

What little thing can you do today that you don’t normally do but that your future self would do?

Alright – now, back to calmly sorting my things.

Cheers!

I'm a rock-n-roller poet who left the Big Apple for the Big Sky Desert where I've been letting it be and grooving with universal love, singing to the gods, dancing with the muses and bicycling with dreamtime messengers. I like altering my reality through imagination, movement, breath, and makin' stuff.
