Some of Lolita’s wisdom and lifestyle practices:

  • open mind
  • love and friendship
  • fresh food
  • one drink (if you are not allergic)
  • movement and travel
  • walk 
  • My addition: Have a nice apartment in the best city in the world!

It looks like Lolita is doing traditional classical yoga, similar to the style I learned to teach. She probably practices Sivananda or Iyangar yoga, with slow movement, rest between postures, and meditation.
