  1. As someone with four cats, I could not help but find this post hilarious! Also, it is probably a Tabby thing.

Several years ago, Durga, the Cat (formerly known as Durga, the Kitten) had come into my bedroom while I was laying down to take a nap. I was half-asleep, at the time. The next thing I know, Durga walked to a dresser, that I use as a Communal Altar, then jumped from there to the taller set of dresser drawers, then JUMPED on to the top of the bedroom door.

At that point, I was no longer half-asleep; I was wide awake! She then began laying on top of the door. All these years later, she still does the same thing.

I have a client of more than 30 years, and the last time I did an In-Person Reading for her, her Tabby, Oliver, climbed on top of this iron metal thing (sorry, I do not know what it is called, but it is rather ornate) in front of her kitchen window. From there, Oliver climbed to the top of the cabinet, which is roughly two inches from the ceiling. He laid there, observing me, having a grand old time, chilling out. Truly, a Tabby thing.

By the way, that pillow is FABULOUS! Astrological symbols, Major Arcana Cards from the Rider-Waite-Smith, super cool.

    1. Kitty adventures!

This kitty followed me home after my mom died. She came to me from the woods.

When she wants out – she looks for an escape route before asking to go out. I put out litter but she wants out.

      I call her The Oracle.

    1. Indeed! She doesn’t meow when she wants out – she tries an escape route. She gets up there and I say, “Chira” she climbs down and says one “meow”. And then walks to the door.
