Art Sales & Research Autumn Show / Fundraiser Exhibition

Last Friday (October 3rd, 2025) I participated in the Art Sales & Research Autumn Show/RHR Fundraiser Exhibition. I offered a Celtic Cross Tarot Reading for auction and if King of the Parking Angels sells, 10% of the sale will go to Red Hook Responds.

I wrote this the next day (with an edit to the dates from my initial post on instagram):

When I walked in and saw King of the Parking Angels hanging alongside all of these amazing art pieces, I was stunned. It took my breath away.

And there was (is) so much more amazing art to see (more walls and an entire other room) but I was so busy talking with folks and looking around that I didn’t take more pictures! There is nothing like seeing art in person.

I am still processing the evening. There was so much creativity and open-heartedness and gratitude and connection happening – I feel changed for the better.

The fundraiser for @redhookresponds by Lindsey at @artsalesandresearch was a success! The amount of funds raised exceeded the goal. And the show continues until November 1st, by appointment and open to the public on Saturdays from 2:00 to 5:00 PM. 99 Willow Lane, Clinton Corners, NY

Storytelling and music moved me to tears – I am so grateful I got to be a part of this event.

There are so many lovely generous people in the world. Like Mr. Rogers used to say, “Always look for the helpers.”
