Happy New Year! So long, 2020
I’m looking forward to 2021. I think it will be a while, I think, before it really dawns on me what I have learned this year.
One of the things I found out is I learned from doing the reiki meditations that I really love doing meditations. And one of my resolutions for this year is to share meditations at least once a week, and perhaps more when I feel moved to do so. That being said, I haven’t set a time for when I will do meditations, but know that I will be doing them!

Set up the new year with a vision!
And so, this evening, in about an hour, I will be leading a yoga nidra and creative visualization meditation on ZOOM. I’ll be using yogic relaxation techniques and a concept I learned from Shakti Gawain combined with the wheel of the zodiac. Here’s the invite:
