Take the time to recognize all that you have done before trying to do more! 

Eight of Wands – Creative ideas are flying around and you are trying to keep up! A lot is moving – maybe even you are moving, but are you being effective?

Six of Wands reversed – there is the potential for recognition, but perhaps it’s not happening.

Overall assessment – write all those ideas down. Eight has organizing power. Six of wands – Recognize what you have accomplished, and what it is you want to do moving forward.

Working with Today’s Energy

Review where you are and where you want to be. Write the following questions on top of a piece of paper:
where am I right now?
What are my successes from the last 30 days? 90 days?
Where do I want to be in the next 3 years? 12 month? 6 months? 90 days?
Spend at least five minutes answering each of these questions.

You have plenty of ideas – and maybe even plenty of projects. You might even need to put a few ideas aside to focus on your top three. Prioritize and plan so that you have a container (in this case, the container is the wreath from the Six of Wands – the Wheel of Time). You have the Skill and the momentum, reassess for direction.

Break down your big ideas into workable, doable daily actions.

Success Journal
My mentor, Jenean Merkel Perelstein, taught me to keep a success journal that I could review whenever I had self-doubt. It’s a powerful tool. Start from the day you were born – up until now. What have your successes been throughout your life? Regularly review and write down your current successes at the end of the day or the week and keep track. You will be amazed and inspired looking through your Success Journal, I promise!

Acknowledge someone for their awesomeness. Send someone a thank you note, or tell them something they have done that makes your life better.
