I did an Aham Prema practice on Friday, August 6, 2023. The practice felt potent, so I am sharing it here.

I also shared a bit about where I am at, it feels like I’ve been doing a lot of looking back over the last couple of years and am about to move forward with a new chapter. At least it feels like a new chapter. But first some looking back in the rearview mirror.

I guess I am on a little bit of a vacation. I am in the physical construction phase of my Star Project again, but since I am upstate, I am not painting, That feels weird – I’ll be going back to the city soon. I’m looking for a place to live in upstate New York where I can set up my studio and have a garden and get to trails and ride my bike or do some stand up paddle boarding. I’m building community. At the very least I intend to have a few more shows here and show the Star Project before I go anywhere else.

And I here (near) for my mom and aunt, too.
