“It’s your inner child’s fault that you are attracting oppression from Christian Conservatives,” the psychic advised, “I want you to remember the first time you experienced something like this, find your child self from that time and tell her if she doesn’t behave you are going to leave her behind.” During the meditation, she did find the little girl in her who saw too much, who knew too much, who stood up for herself again and again when no one else would. She thought, “No – I love this kid – and I will never leave her to fend for herself ever again.”
