Hi Everyone,
Paul went into town today to pick up a few things. Came home, got his clothes off, jumped in the shower immediately. He said, “It’s weird out there. I don’t like it.”
Yeah it is weird. The psychic energy out there feels heavy.
A lot of adjusting going on.
Making music cheered him up! And me, too. We hope it helps you feel better if you need cheering as well.
This one is written by Paul.
This song is on the Planet Sandwich album, Yo Pluto! and Lucky Lenny’s forthcoming album. The Conduits perform this one as well.
Stay safe. Stay healthy. Try to have some fun.
Thanks for all the love and support.
So so so much love!
Holly and Pauly

Feet don’t let me down…
I call toes the little Groundgrabbers. This song gets the feets a movin’, the groundgrabbers stretching around and dancing.

Good footing on the Feet. I really like Paul’s songs. I had to go to the office and stop by Lowe’s to get a couple of things yesterday. Life in Lowe’s is pretty normal. People with building and gardening supplies in their carts. Everyone kept their distances and were friendly. Lowe’s put up sneeze shields at all the checkouts. That was a great idea. Downtown had little activity. A few cars here and there, not a soul on the street. I don’t know where the multitudes of street people have gone.

Hi Timothy,
Sneeze shields are a good idea!
I get outside everyday, but I live basically in the foothills of the San Francisco Peaks. Flagstaff is a very outdoors kind of place – and most people are friendly and also keep to themselves. This mountain town is funny – everyone hunkers down for the winter. People sort of disappear. About this time of year is the reawakening. Usually, you see folks walking around awkwardly learning how to socialize all over again.
Interesting that the street people have disappeared. I hope they have shelter somewhere. Folks without homes are so vulnerable.
I just learned that one of my friends from the cycling community died from Covid-19 last week. He lived with his dog – and was home when he passed away. And so many musical greats have left us – the latest – Ellis Marsalis and Bill Withers. Yes, grief, but also, a time to continue to move forward.
Be well!
Take care – Holly 🙂
