Join me for a chakra healing meditation.
Start your day with ease and self-nurturing!
No meditation experience is necessary. I will guide you through a chakra healing meditation that will relax your mind and body, clear your energy field, and help elevate your emotions.
All you need to do is have a quiet place to comfortably sit or lie down and a willingness to be guided to relax.

How long does this take?
These guided meditations go from about 15 minutes to about a half an hour. Give yourself at least a half hour.
Why am I doing this?
- The world could use some peace and love right now.
- I enjoy creating transformation through imagination, and I love leading visualization meditations.
- I love seeing the shift meditation can create for people.
- It’s a way to connect safely for now
- It’s relaxing and fun
I discovered visualization meditation when I was a teenager — it helped me through a very rough time in my life. I grew up in not the most loving environment. I got a great job at a little health food store where I discovered a little book that was a meditation on all the love the universe had for me. It was an easy meditation to remember, a story/journey breath work practice that I did faithfully because it felt so good. I loved it so much that I painted, “Groove to the love vibration,” on the back of my leather jacket. That meditation helped me love myself every day, and to expect to feel love from everything and everyone around me. I, in turn, was able to reflect love back out into the world.
Some day I will tell the long story, but for here, I can say using my imagination to feel love made my life better!
Doing guided meditations is my way of giving back some love to the world.

The benefits of meditation include but are not limited to:

I will infuse the meditation with reiki love energy.
Experience deep relaxation and a sense of well-being. Feel your spirit rejuvenated as your mind and body let go of tension.
You do not need to practice reiki in order to participate, just a willingness to relax and heal.
- You may want to have a writing utensil and journal – but they are not necessary. I encourage you to record any insights that come to you, or to even use the meditation as a launching point for a writing prompt.
- Please – do not drive during the meditation!
- Please also drink extra water after the meditation.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for deep relaxation and stress reduction that can speed healing, reduce pain, and decrease other symptoms of discomfort. It is a form of energy healing that uses a “laying on of hands” in order to direct Universal Life Force Energy or a form of Ki to the recipient. Hands are placed just off the body or are lightly touching the body.
Reiki can also be sent from a distance – which is how I will be practicing during our meditation.
Used as an “energetic tune-up”, reiki can be a soothing experience with the beneficial effects of deep relaxation, feelings of peace, security, and well-being. Used in conjunction with medical or other therapeutic techniques, it can help relieve side effects and promote recovery. Many people experience profound insights during and after a reiki session.
Basically, love vibrations are healing.

I became a certified yoga instructor in 1996 through the Sivananda Yoga lineage. I learned reiki in the early 2000s. I received reiki levels I and II through Marion Leone at White Tail Center in Milford, PA, and my Reiki Master Teacher training through Geordie Numata at Deer Spirit Reiki in New York City.
I specialize in using the Hindu Chakra System as a backbone for self-awareness, creativity, and energetic and healing.
