  1. Yes agreed Bias and inequality is very present and has continued since creation. What to do, under no circumstances quit trying to exact change and absolutely don.t ever change who you are for monetary gain. We know Karma exists for everything. I am 76 and have tried everything I know how to do to climb the ladder of success and because I refuse to join any groups , those doors if you know what I mean won’t open. I remember when Hard work and loyalty got you on that ladder. All groups are pretty much the same, Power , Greed and Control. All who don’t conform are black balled. after all it is very hard work making them rich and keeping them rich.
