Happy Chinese New Year of the Water Tiger! Happy Imbolc!

At least once a day*, since Thanksgiving last year, I’ve been making videos of meditations around the mantra Aham Prema. Aham Prema means, “I am Divine Love.” The goal is to repeat the mantra 125,000 times to reach mantra siddhi – or to plant the mantra in our hearts and embody the energy of Divine Love in our own lives and the collective.

In this video I discuss the energy of Aquarius, making Aquarius New Moon wishes, getting grounded in the body, shining the energy of Aham Prema and sending love to the earth, all beings on the earth, across dimensions and time.
