Setting intentions based on your heart’s desires is good for your health. Don’t let anybody push you around. Your unique vision feeds the collective.

Free Write

To prepare for the new moon cycle, consider free-writing for 5 or 10 minutes on each question. 

Free-writing is simply deciding on a time frame to write and write on the prompt without stopping for the time you have chosen. Even if you meander off-topic, keep writing. If you get stuck, you can write – “I’m stuck” or write the prompt out again (and again and again if necessary) until new words flow. The trick is to keep your hand moving for the time frame you have decided on. Don’t worry about grammar or punctuation, just write. 

The flow of writing let’s you get past your inner critic. Allow yourself to do the writing without judgment. You might find your responses surprise you. 

Using the Moon for Co-creating with the Cosmos

NEW MOON –  Time to use your imagination.  Unseen potentials. Seed. Set Intentions. 

When setting intentions, phrase them as if they have already happened or are happening. These phrases are connected with and you may want to use them in your intentions:

• I ritualize . . . 
• I diagnose . . . 
• I classify . . . 
• I serve . . . 
• I discern . . .
• I utilize . . . 
• I perfect . . . 

Take advantage of this time to explore the patterns and underlying order in the (apparent) chaos.
