turning doubt around ~ Day 99 of 108 American Sentence

Do I remember how to teach . . .  I think I remember how to teach . . .

~ ~ ~

I have been on sabbatical for quite some time. Over that time I have continued to practice yoga and art and writing and riding and researching and learning. I am overflowing with ideas now, and am excited to release new workshops and classes over the next couple of months – some that I have been developing over the last couple of years.

I love teaching! The funny thing is, no matter how long I have been doing it, before every single class there is a voice in my head that says, “How are you going to do this?” Then I breathe, settle in, sometimes review my notes, envision my class, ask my Higher Power for guidance and to be a clear channel for the highest good of all, and get on with it.

Teaching is in my bones, is in my heart. The more I teach, the more I learn. The more I learn, the more I want to share. The more I share, the happier I am.

Do I remember how to sing . . .  I think I remember how to sing . . .

Do I remember how to paint . . .  I think I remember how to paint . . .

Do I remember how to write . . .  I think I remember how to write . . .

Do I remember how to ride . . .  I think I remember how to ride . . .

Do I remember how to play . . .  I think I remember how to play . . .

Do I remember how to love . . .  I think I remember how to love . . .
