Breathe the sentence in. Exhale the sentence. Inhale and exhale each word. Now inhale and exhale the sentence. Then, go!
There is only one rule, keep your hand moving.
Don’t worry about grammar, spelling, or punctuation. If you feel stuck, keep writing anyway. Try going back to the prompt and write it out until other words arise, then write those—or, repeat the last word you wrote again and again until new words appear—or, write, “I am stuck,” or “I can’t think of anything,” as long as you keep your hand moving.
Writing is physical, the words will move through your body and come out of your hand—just keep it moving.
Now go – for five, ten, fifteen minutes . .

When the government don’t see the women, when the government don’t want to hear the women. They will become silence, they will become forgotten. Men fear women are right. Kindness, forgiveness and unity is needed. Men need war. No profit in peace.
Hello dear Holly Troy. I am very disappointed in the USA. Gave the rich Republicans control of the House, the Senate and the courts. Nothing to block their goals. The nuts will be in the Whitehouse and they can not be stopped. Hard days are coming my dear friend. A sad USA. They see the immigrants, not as people. Sending soldiers to the borders. Dangerous. Soldiers have one job. To kill. I was send to the L.A riot with a machine gun and a 1000 rounds. They wanted us soldiers to murder. Thank you L.A people faded away and became quiet. I hope and pray we can survive the coming days my dear friend.

John I have also seen this world when California was a police state in the 60s and 70s people did 5 years for a single joint. you possibly could have went to jail for having long hair, riding a Harley or driving a low rider, I still have hope , forgiveness and Love . try not to be to defeatist as it will cause you health issues, Give these folks a chance.

These folks don’t get a chance from me. They have spelled out their intentions with Project 2025, and with the cabinet members being chosen, and with the Supreme Court.
I totally get creating health issues from bad vibes and feeling bad – but as a woman in this country now – I cannot even get proper health care. I left Arizona and moved back to a liberal state because of misogyny overhanging everything, and as much coming from other women as from men. It’s baked into the system.
It’s going to get worse for long hairs, Harley riders, and low rider drivers than it was in the 60s, too.
Sit back. Give them a chance. No. I cannot in good conscience. That is how I keep myself feeling clear and free. My conscience will not let me roll myself over to what is happening. To give up is what will cause me health issues.
The Banality of Evil is real, and it’s been slowly building for decades.
