— chanting, meditations, envisioning Lakshmi filling up my being, my auric field for miles and miles. Dancing. My energy. Will. The Universe. Every single cell — healed and filled with love, abundance, and wealth. In my belly. My spine. My ribcage. My torso arms legs feet. Neck. Thyroid. Skull. Head.

Tall spine. Relaxed shoulders. Tall neck. Relaxed skull, jaw, face, relaxed base of skull. Neck. Space between the shoulder blades. Neck healing. Neck healing. Thyroid healing. Thyroid healing. Thyroid healed. Movement. Light subtle. Head bob. Flossing shoulder bob. Flossing the base of my skull. The axis.

Feeling calm. Feeling at peace. Feeling relaxed. Feeling balanced. Feeling held. Held by the breath. Held by something bigger than the Self. Bigger than my body. Through my body. My spine, all the space within and between my cells.

Floating. Formless, within form. Spacious. Open. Open. Open. Smoothing. Soothing. resilient. Healing.

10,000 Plum Doodles Project 

I often use scribbles as the genesis for a painting. These squiggles carry energy for me, and on their own, they tell a story. I call them plums because they are little treats for my imagination. I will continue adding to this project until I have reached 10,000 drawings.

John S. Hall‘s 10,000 Poems Project inspired me – but rather than writing – I decided to collect my drawings. Sometimes I write when I doodle, and sometimes I share the writing as well.
