I want to draw the intellect and the knowledge back in through my body. This is what I do.

I’m ready to shift to a more active, embodied self. Somatic. Creative. 

What am I going to learn?
What am I going to teach?
Who am I going to be?

10,000 Plum Doodles Project 

I often use scribbles as the genesis for paintings. These squiggles carry energy for me, and on their own, they tell a story. I call them plums because they are little treats for my imagination. I will continue adding to this project until I have reached 10,000 drawings.

John S. Hall’s 10,000 Poems Project inspired me – but rather than writing – I decided to collect my drawings. Sometimes I write when I doodle, and sometimes I share the writing as well.

  2. Well, if you are pondering what is going to be starting in this upcoming year of 1, seeing if you are considering starting a song circle or know of one already in the area. Hudson preferred, but also seeing if you might think about facilitating one at Miscellany Greene in Coxsackie. I have some ideas, you have loads of experience, I think.

    I’ve been hoping to have time for a tarot reading to meet you in person, but it’s not been possible just yet. 

    Anyway, all with divine timing. I put loads of ideas out and Spirit makes sure I don’t take on too much at once with having everything happen all at once.

      Thanks for reaching out.

      I’ve been thinking about the upcoming year of one and will post something about that soon. I do feel like the year coincides well with Saturn and Neptune meeting at 0º Aries on February 20th. Astrologer Anne Ortelee has some suggestions for preparing for those two planets shifting from Pisces and starting a new transpersonal cycle at the beginning of the zodiac cycle. I’m digesting what she has to say (here’s the link – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r05p2y07alg ) – she offers some intellectual / somatic suggestions for switching from Earth to Air and Water to Fire.

      A song circle might be a wonderful thing to do in the new year! Miscellany Greene looks like a beautiful space. I am glad to know it exists now. How exciting!

      Yes! Divine Timing on all of it. And this – “I put loads of ideas out and Spirit makes sure I don’t take on too much at once with having everything happen all at once.” I entirely relate. I have a feeling by this spring we are all going to have much more energy to explore our ideas with vigor.
